Our house is located in the small village of Rudina on a hill, in 800m walking distance to a beautiful bay and 2km from the nice small seaport of Starigrad, which is said to be the oldest town of all Croatia. It is an old, fully renovated stone house now offering all you need of modern comfort. It has three storeys, each of 32sqm, and a yard of 40sqm providing an intimate atmosphere. In the upper floors two spacious balconies offer wonderful views of the hills and woods, from the second floor you can also see the sea – as well as stunning sunsets every night! The house has three bedrooms, one with a double bed and a very small one with a single (sofa)bed. The room upstairs is in fact a rather spacious studio apartment with two very comfortable (sofa)beds, writing desk and kitchenette. There are two bathrooms, one on the first floor, one on the second floor. The ground floor consists of a very cosy combined living and dining room as well as a stylish brand new kitchen.
